College Basketball Polls Going Wrong

College Basketball Polls Going Wrong
Throughout this college basketball league, we will be closely observing the Top 25 rankings of teams and will be looking for a better odds value. Here is a list of the teams that overrated, underrated ranked team, and the unranked team that should be included in the Top 25.
The Most Overrated Team in the Top 25- Kansas Jayhawks [3-5 ATS, 8-1]
The Kansas Jayhawks won eight out of the nine games they had but the Jayhawks are the sole team which rank in the Top 10 that has a losing ATS record. Kansas has only faced one ranked team and got a 67-64 defeat against the Michigan State.
The Jayhawks had some few troubles when they fought the Oregon State Beavers winning an 84-78 game last November 30. Oregon State faced Kansas without starting center Angus Brandt during that game. Brandt suffered a knee injury that made his season come to an end.
Kansas had no troubles defeating the Colorado Buffaloes with a score of 90-54 last December 8. Nonetheless we shall so how good the Kansas Jayhawks when they face the Ohio State Buckeyes this coming December 22.
The Most Underrated Team in the Top 25- Syracuse Orange [5-0 ATS, 8-0]
It is quite uncommon to see a ranked team in the Top 5 to be considered as underrated, but the Syracuse Orange is the only team throughout the nation that holds a perfect ATS and SU. Syracuse hasn't had a match against a ranked opponent since their winning game of the opening season against San Diego State in the Carrier Classic.
Currently, Syracuse Orange holds the longest running home-winning streak with 28 games. Syracuse also has a good schedule and will only face 1 ranked opponent out of the six games. We can expected that the Syracuse Orange will still remain undefeated in the near future.
The Unranked Team That Should Be Ranked - North Carolina State Wolfpack [4-3 ATS, 6-2]
North Carolina has only two defeats since the start of the season and one of those loss was a close 79-72 match versus the No.2 Michigan.
The Wolfpack got back after they have defeated the UConn Huskies scoring 69-65. After that, they also had an easy win against the Cleveland State Vikings. North Carolina had been shooting 55% from the field that won the game against the Vikings with 80-63.
Looking at their schedule, the North Carolina should be back in their spot in the Top 25 because the next five games of the Wolfpack will be at home versus unranked teams.
